How to download my purchased files?
Once your payment has been received and confirmed, you will get the link to access the file (please also check your email inbox / spam folder). Or you can login to your account and go to “My Downloads”. It’s an instant download but if you didn’t get the access to the file within 1 hour, please contact us for manual confirmation). Please keep in mind that no physical goods will be shipped to your address since it’s a digital product.
How to open the downloaded ZIP file?

If you use Windows PC, please right click on the downloaded ZIP file and then select “Extract All”.

If you use iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), you can follow this guide.

Does it work with my machine or program?

Most of our designs are saved in 5 different file formats SVG, DXF, EPS, JPEG, PNG. As long as your program can read one of them, you can use these designs. Please download the sample files here and try this sample files with your machine/program.

If you use Silhouette Studio program please check your software version. If it’s a Basic edition(free one) you can use the DXF format. If it’s a Designer edition (paid one), you can use the SVG format. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Why my image is blurry?

If you use the Cricut or Silhouette program, you can use the SVG or DXF format instead of PNG or JPEG. The SVG and DXF format can be enlarged without having any issues. Otherwise, PNG and JPEG are raster graphics, and it will be blurry when we make it bigger. Please contact us and let me know the size you need, we would be more than happy to re-save it in that size for you.
